The infrastructure protecting and powering this country is evolving faster than the tools designed to manage it. From forward operating bases to smart city grids, the operational picture has grown more complex — more assets, more data sources, more interdependencies — while the systems meant to coordinate it all have stayed fragmented, siloed, and reactive.
Across every phase of energy operations — research and planning, acquisition and procurement, real-time grid management and dispatch — there is a critical gap between what decision-makers need to see and what current tools actually show them. Closing that gap requires purpose-built platforms designed from the ground up for the complexity of modern defense and critical infrastructure. That is exactly what NeutronX is working to build, and why our partnership with NextNRG matters.
One concrete step in that direction is NextNRG’s AI-Driven Dashboard. It unifies telemetry from microgrids, batteries, solar assets, mobile fueling operations, and EV fleets into a single real-time control layer — using AI to forecast demand, optimize dispatch, and surface operational and financial insights that were previously invisible. For NeutronX, this is not just a monitoring tool. It is a foundation we are actively building on, extending its capabilities into a full end-to-end energy operations platform designed specifically for federal and defense customers.
That work requires the right people at the table. Which is why I am glad to welcome Alex Gaber to the NeutronX Board of Advisors.
Alex spent over a decade at Adobe architecting high-reliability, multi-region platforms that process enormous volumes of data in real time — the kind of infrastructure that simply cannot fail. He applied AI to optimize high-throughput data flows at enterprise scale, producing measurable efficiency gains across systems used by hundreds of millions of people. Those are directly relevant lessons for what we are building: energy assets that behave like modern digital platforms — observable, orchestrated, and capable of autonomous decisioning at the edge.
The phrase we keep coming back to internally is intelligence inside every watt. Alex’s background is what makes that more than a slogan. The same architectural principles behind mission-critical digital experiences are now being applied to hardened microgrids, forward operating bases, and the fleets and fuels that support them.
The next generation of defense energy infrastructure will not be defined by hardware alone. It will be defined by the quality of the platforms, dashboards, and AI systems layered on top — and by whether those systems are built to meet mission-critical standards from day one. That means new tools at every phase: how we research and model energy needs, how acquisition decisions get made, and how grids are managed in real time under dynamic and contested conditions. NeutronX is committed to building across that entire spectrum.
We are at the beginning of something significant. And we are building it the right way.
